A Jordaan classic, brought back to life.

The Jordaan is one of Amsterdam's most beloved neighbourhoods — narrow streets, tall windows, and buildings that carry decades of history. Bloemstraat 95-1 had all of that character. What it needed was someone willing to do it justice.

We stripped the apartment back and rebuilt the interiors with care. A new kitchen that feels considered rather than fitted. A bathroom finished to a standard you'd expect from a boutique hotel. New flooring throughout that ties every room together and immediately makes the space feel like home.

The bones were always good. We just gave them the finish they deserved. - 51m²
